Workflows give us the ability to automate and standardize almost any process. With it, we can transform data, send emails, communicate with the user, and so on. It is an extremely useful tool we can leverage for functions where NetSuite lacks the automation we require out of the box.Â
The NetSuite functionality is improving all the time as they introduce richer features with every new release. Yet, how does this release cycle work? How do we know whether the new version includes functionality that we desperately need and are looking to build using a custom workflow? And, more importantly, how can we be sure that the new version will not break any customizations, integration, and workflows?
