Creating and Managing Audio Conferencing Policies
Creating and managing audio conferencing policies in Microsoft Teams allows you to specify who in your organization can send meeting invites that include toll-free numbers (which may incur costs for your organization) and choose the toll numbers they can use. Here is how to create and manage these policies:
- Open the Microsoft Teams admin center by navigating to https://admin.teams.microsoft.com.
- In the left navigation menu, select Meetings and then Audio conferencing.
- Select Add to create a new policy. Provide a name and description for the policy to identify its purpose.
- Toggle Include toll-free numbers in meeting invites created by users of this policy on or off.
- Add any toll numbers you wish to make available to this policy’s assigned users (optional), and then select Save.
