The following are the steps to update a task:
- Log in tohttps://office.com using your Microsoft 365 account.
- Click on Planner and choose the plan you are working on.
- Click on the task name.
- Click Assign.
- A text box appears with the list of group members below it:
- Click on one or more group members to assign a task to them.
- Close the task by clicking the X icon.
