Technical requirements

To manage users, in this chapter, you'll just need to be a team owner to manage your private team's membership via the client. To use the Teams admin center or PowerShell, you'll want to be a Teams Service administrator or Global administrator.

To configure dynamic team membership, you'll need the Global administrator or User administrator role and an Azure AD Premium P1 license.

To configure access reviews, you'll want to be assigned the Global administrator or User administrator role or be assigned an Azure AD Premium P2 license. The P2 license is not required if you have the Global admin or User admin role.
