Summary
In this chapter, we learned that V, being cross-platform compliant, supports various OSes. We also learned how to successfully install V on Windows and Ubuntu-based OSes. After the successful installation on each of these OSes, we also learned how to configure V to be accessible from any location within the OS by adding the location of the V executable to the environment variables.
In the next chapter, we will learn about the basics of V programming, such as variables, constants and how to add code comments in V.
