Stakeholder Success
While developing a project, the project charter must include key stakeholder input for success criteria. Success criteria must be documented before committing labor to a project as the skills and quantities of labor required are greatly affected by how success is measured. Testing the success criteria must occur before, frequently during, and after the project is completed to evaluate its success.
Success is still a subjective term, but the financial success of each project is based on finite criteria and must be measured by its achievement. The UX after project completion drives the perceived project success and ultimately affects the funding of the next project.
