Evaluating employee behavior
Employees present a huge challenge to the security aspects of a company. They pose potential insider threats to a company. Research has shown that many of the biggest data breaches were instigated by insiders who had access to the system and who could willingly participate in such situations to benefit from it financially, or even as a way to get back at the company. All the aspects of an employee are important in determining their behavior and ultimately deciding on the level of threat they pose to an organization. A scrupulous employee is more likely to help attackers breach an organization's system compared to a professional employee.
