Understanding the Seven-Step Transformation Engineering Blueprint
The Seven-Step Transformation Engineering Blueprint shown in Figure 4.1 is described in my book Engineering DevOps. The blueprint prescribes an infinite cycle of seven steps for achieving your transformation goals methodically, no matter what your goals or level of maturity are currently. The same seven steps apply to organizations that want to transform their testing, quality, security, and feedback processes into continuous processes.
