In this section, you will gain an overview of the different channels you may wish to integrate your CRM with. Then we focus on the most important channel, email, and explain how to integrate the CRM with your emails. This integration will add huge value and improve the CRM user experience significantly.
The key communication channels that we can integrate with Zoho CRM within the setup are as follows:
- Email: You may send emails from Zoho CRM to your Leads/Contacts. Once you have enabled the configuration, inbound emails and replies from your customers will also appear in the CRM against the respective record. Refer to the next section for further details on this.
- Telephony: It is becoming increasingly popular to have a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) integration with Zoho.
