Using AI Companion in Zoom Phone
AI Companion can also extend to Zoom Phone, creating more efficient workflows. There are four main areas that AI Companion can assist users with to become more productive:
- Voicemail prioritization: Allow users to prioritize voicemails based on predefined priority topics
- Voicemail tasks: AI Companion can quickly access a summarized list of tasks derived from your voicemail to promptly identify important items for follow-up without having to listen to the entire voicemail
- Summarize SMS threads: Allow users to summarize their SMS threads with AI Companion to quickly understand the conversation and generate a response (note that this feature only applies to call queues and auto-receptionists)
- Call summary: There’s no need to take notes anymore on a phone call – you can have AI Companion generate a summary of the call from the call transcript
