Sharing content in a Zoom meeting
Sharing content during a meeting is the cornerstone of presenting beyond just your audio and video. Presenting to meeting attendees while adding some visual context to the point you are trying to convey could be one of the most important features of Zoom. In this recipe, you will learn how to share content in a meeting.
How to do it…
- Start or join a Zoom meeting.
- Once you have joined the meeting, you will see a Share Screen icon in the bottom navigation bar. This icon is highlighted in green for easy visual reference.

- Notice the up caret (^) to the right of the Share Screen icon. As a meeting organizer, you have control over who can share during a meeting, with the option to choose between one person at a time or multiple. As a meeting attendee, you will not have this option.
