Cloud Studio's place in the SAP Intelligent RPA world

SAP is slowly but surely transitioning to be a cloud company. From the core ERP components to supporting solutions, most components are on a path to transition to the cloud. The on-premise SAP Intelligent RPA components either already have a cloud counterpart or there is a clear plan to have one.

SAP Intelligent RPA Cloud Studio is currently the cloud counterpart to SAP Intelligent RPA Desktop Studio and provides comparable services in slightly differing ways. It is conceivable and recommended to use SAP Intelligent RPA Cloud Studio for new automation. However, given the existence of several SAP and customer automation built using Desktop Studio, you must know SAP Desktop Studio too, at least for a few more years.
