Hands-on experience
If you’re looking to move into the B2C Solution Architecture space, there’s a good chance you’re already operating as a platform technical architect in either Lightning Platform/Service Cloud, B2C Commerce, or Marketing Cloud Engagement. If that’s you, you know a lot about one product, maybe a little about others, and you’re looking to expand that perspective. This is essentially a bottom-up approach to B2C Solution Architecture.
Another possibility – the top-down approach – is that you’re more of an enterprise architect looking to learn more about the Salesforce ecosystem in general and the B2C Solution Architecture space specifically.
