Summary
In this chapter, we learned everything we need to know about using different kinds of factors, setting up policies for them, both for signing in and for specific applications. We also deep-dived into Okta's features around contextual MFA, where your factor policies can be adaptive. You now understand how to set up zones and how to use them in different settings. Lastly, we also looked at the possibility to use MFA for VPNs and similar solutions.
In the next chapter, we will look into Okta's life cycle management features, such as automations and workflows. Also, basic but powerful features such as provisioning and Human Relations (HR)-as-a-master concepts will be thoroughly explained and we will show how they are set up.
