We have already seen that the business process flow appears at the top of a form.
Fields that are steps in a business process flow do not have to be on the form or in the form header. If you use business process flows, you can simplify forms by removing fields that are in the business process flow. The values in the data steps are saved along with form field data.
If you do have a field in both the form and as a data step in the business process flow, then the field and step work together. If a value is entered in the data step in the business process flow control, then the value from the step appears in the form field immediately.
