With the introduction of Dynamics 365, Microsoft has added several new customization enhancements to the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). We have already discussed in the previous chapter about the concept and usage of Dynamics 365 applications, and how the new Unified Interface makes the customer engagement more interactive and easier. Along with this, the new customization enhancements provide a unique and interactive structure to the CRM records.
