Borders are the second main element of a Captivate Skin. As discussed in the previous section, Customizing the Playback Controls bar, adding a Playback Controls bar automatically adds a corresponding bottom border so that the Playback Controls do not overlap with the slide elements.
Please note that Borders are not supported in the HTML5 published output. Also, for responsive projects, the Borders option is disabled.
In the following exercise, you will further experiment with Borders and discover some more of their properties:
- While still in the Chapter15/encoderSim_800.cptx file, use the Project | Skin Editor menu item to return to the Skin Editor floating pane.
- Click the Borders icon below the Skin drop-down list.
- Select the Show Borders checkbox to turn borders back on.
