The Liquify tool adjustment
This is not a coloring tool, but we might need it for the final touch once the color drawing has been done. The Liquify tool will distort our art however we want by the motion of our stylus. So, let’s say we are not satisfied with the face or body balance on our character drawing; we can use the Liquify tool to fix the imperfection!
Follow these steps to retouch your finished art:
- Select all your layers, go to the File menu, and click Layer | Create folder and insert layer. Duplicate the layer file you have just created, go to the File menu, and click Layer | Merge selected layers.
- Select the Blend tool from the Tool palette and select Liquify in the Sub Tool palette. In the Tool property palette, set Brush Size to
30and select Push Mode. - Click and slide any part of your art that needs to be amended, as in Figure 16.44 showing before and after Liquify tool correction.
