If and when you decide that you want to make some changes, perhaps to improve the workflow, some roles that you could look into are explored in the following section, and maybe add or change them. To get a lean organization, only add the roles that you really need and modify them to suit your organization and modify them again when the situation changes.

Kanban Master is a role that is borrowed from Scrum where the Scrum Master is prescribed in the Scrum Guide.
