When employees of RideRight want to chase overdue invoices to improve the company cash flow they have to use the ERP application and informal tracking methods such as spreadsheets or paper records to track whom they have contacted. They have poor visibility on how well they are doing at collecting overdue invoices. It is difficult to manage the process and make improvements.
