In this chapter, we learned about different reporting options for Dynamics 365 CE. We discussed how business users can use the Report Wizard to create a report for Dynamics 365 CE. We also discussed how to develop reports using SQL Server Data Tools for Visual Studio. We learned about adding grouping and filtering to reports with custom parameters by using the Option Set field. Finally, we discussed Power BI reports and how to develop Power BI dashboards for Dynamics 365 CE.
In the next chapter, we are going to discuss the testing phase—both manual and automated testing approaches—as well as how to conduct end user training.
