Deploying an Agent for Amazon Bedrock
Integrating an Amazon Bedrock agent into your application requires creating an alias, which serves as a reference to a specific version of the agent’s code and configuration. Follow these steps to create an alias:
- Access the Amazon Bedrock console and navigate to the agent you wish to deploy. From the agent’s overview page, navigate to the Aliases section and then click Create to initiate the alias creation process.
- Provide a name and description (optional) for the alias. You’ll also need to decide whether you want to associate this alias with a new version of the agent or an existing version that you’ve previously created.
