Enabling Operator Connect
Before you configure Operator Connect, you will want to confirm your eligibility with your carrier and ensure you have the correct hardware requirements. To begin with, you'll need to add your carrier as the operator and then fill out the carrier-specific sign-up form.
To configure Operator Connect, follow these steps.
- Launch the Teams admin center (https://admin.teams.microsoft.com).
- Navigate to Voice | Operator Connect.
- This site will show all the available operators. You can also sort by regional availability and available capabilities (Calling, Audio Conferencing, or both).
- To select a carrier, click on the carrier you want to use from the list. Each carrier will have terms. If prompted, acknowledge any forms or agreements, and click I accept:
