Conducting a portal audit can seem to be a monumental task that requires significant experience to complete. Although you must have some experience in HubSpot and understand your functions as a marketer or sales rep, you can still perform at least some of the actions described in this chapter without being an expert.
The goal of the audit is not to focus on finding what's wrong but instead to find places where there are inefficiencies or where things could be done better and made easier. Always remember that the goal when working with any CRM platform is to measure if this platform is meeting the needs of your company and customers or providing more friction.
