Getting started
Numerous support venues exist within the Drupal community. Experience has shown that if you show some effort toward researching a problem before asking a question, it is more likely to receive a meaningful response.
One of Drupal's main strengths is the depth of knowledge and experience of the user community; by asking questions and answering the questions of others, you become a member of the community. As you participate in the community, over time, you gain more credibility. However, people new to Drupal bring fresh perspectives to the project, and there is no need to feel like an expert before answering a question.
