Advancing into machine learning and AI
I wrote this book for a few reasons. Firstly, I wanted to show people that .NET’s data analysis, machine learning, and AI capabilities are ready for real-world usage. More importantly, I wrote this book to help people grow from being .NET developers to being .NET developers with skills in data science.
As software engineers, we are never done learning, and there is so very much to learn in the realm of data analytics, machine learning, and AI. It’s possible to do both software engineering and data science work in the same role. It's also possible to transition from being a software engineer to being a data scientist.
I also am a firm believer in the idea that data analysis skills are valuable for any tech professional – from individual developers to managers, product owners, testers, and designers.
