How do you manage conflict?
Whether you are a manager managing a conflict or someone caught in a conflict situation, it helps to have a variety of skills and options to manage these situations.
Think back to any recent conflicts: maybe you could not finish your job because someone else did not complete theirs, or you have been approaching your work creatively but it has not received as you had hoped by a target driven manager, or your educational background and life experiences are not being tolerated by a co-worker.
