In this chapter, you have learned how to integrate Zoho CRM with Campaigns and, most importantly, how to create your mailing lists and synchronize them with CRM. You have learned the basic skills needed to create a standalone email campaign. You have also learned how to set up automated workflows – this will enable you to build an automated marketing platform.
Used alongside other marketing tools and in conjunction with the sales process, email marketing has a very important role to play. Integrating the email function with a CRM like we can do in Zoho gives us the best possible chance of being effective and successful. Remember also that success mostly does not happen overnight with this medium, so be patient, measure the results, evolve your campaigns, and iterate.
