Inquiries and reports

There are various inquiries and reports we can find in this module but we are just going to mention two of them.

The most used is the On-hand inventory, which we can find by navigating to Inventory management | Inquiries and reports | On-Hand list.

In the on-hand list, we can review the inventory we have. When we access this form, it will provide the option to filter the information we want to view. Then, it will display the on-hand inventory, as shown in Figure 3.24. Information will be displayed in various columns:

  • Physical inventory: Refers to the physically stored inventory.
  • Physical reserved: Refers to the reserved inventory.
  • Available physical: Refers to the inventory we can use. It is determined by subtracting the physical inventory from the physical reserved inventory.
