Section 3 will teach you that not all GitHub actions need to be created from scratch. Because Actions is open source, the user has access to actions created by the community. Section 3 will also help users who are interested in migrating from their current solutions (such as GitLab, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps) to GitHub Actions.
