Differences between the three render engines of Blender
We will need to render our scene some point. Rendering is the process of turning a 3D scene into a 2D image. Blender includes three rendering engines that you can use; each one has its own strengths and weaknesses:

The Eevee render engine
Eevee is a real-time renderer; it uses some clever speedy tricks to render your scene really fast, but it sacrifices some aspects of realism. You should use this engine when realism is not the priority.
The Workbench render engine
The Workbench render engine is a modeling preview rendering engine optimized for fast rendering. This engine renders images similar to the Solid mode of the 3D Viewport. It is not intended for rendering final images. Personally, I use this engine when making animations as it helps you render the animation much faster in Solid mode.
