Adding galleries
One of the great things about this plugin is that it lets you upload your images and then manipulate them in WordPress. It also lets you upload larger images than you're able to via the standard media uploader; this means you don't have to crop them before uploading. You can dive straight into uploading your images and creating your gallery:
In the WordPress admin, go to Gallery | Add Gallery / Images.
Click on Create a new gallery in the drop-down menu at the top of the screen and type the name of the gallery in the field next to it.
Click on the Add Files button and select the files you want to upload.
After selecting all your files, click on the Start Upload button.
The plugin will upload all of your images for you and display them on the screen:
