Viva Connections – bringing the intranet to Teams
The Microsoft Viva platform has been around now for just over a year. Some components have been around longer, living under other names. There are four modules. Products may be licensed separately, or there is a Viva Suite license that provides all of them in a single package. As a suite of tools, Viva is focused on employee experience and engagement, so each tool fulfills part of that promise. Let’s explore what the tools are designed to do for us in greater detail. The four components are noted here:
- Viva Insights – Personal and organizational insights driven by Microsoft AI to promote well-being and meaningful insights into both good and bad modern work habits.
