The Salesforce Platform is host to a wide variety of products, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CMS, OM, Loyalty Management, and B2B Commerce, covered earlier in this chapter. The last two Salesforce Platform-based products that we'll consider in this section are Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
Sales Cloud
Sales Cloud is a sales management and automation product focused on gathering leads, converting them into Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities, and nurturing relationships to lead to new deals. Sales Cloud includes sophisticated tools for forecasting sales and managing sales funnels with guidance for representatives at each stage of an opportunity tailored to the opportunity.
