Instructional strategy
We discussed instructional strategies earlier in this book, and we did so in a global sense. Now, we will look at how the instructional strategy plays itself out as you start applying the principles and having students do things (activities).
Your instructional strategy involves mapping out how you'll achieve learning outcomes by strategically placing instructional material, engagers, lessons, assessments, feedback, and shareable evidence of mastery, such as certificates and badges. Another way to think of it is that your instructional strategy is how you map your learning objectives to your course materials, activities, and assessments, as well as how you keep your learners excited about learning along the way and how you reward them when they complete the module or course.
