In this chapter, you were introduced to the RPA capabilities of Power Automate: UI flows. You learned how to install and configure the desktop and web UI flow tools. You should now understand the different tools for desktop and web, and how to record and edit tasks and create variables. You will now be able to differentiate between the distinct types of UI flows, create UI flows, record tasks, and run UI flows.
In the next chapter, we will learn how to create chatbots using the fourth component of Power Platform: Power Virtual Agents.
