Summary
In this chapter, we showed you how the Microsoft Teams admin center contains several usage reports that can help administrators to gain insights into Microsoft Teams usage within their organization and troubleshoot any issues. We also looked at some usage reports for Microsoft Teams that are available in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
In addition, you learned that Call analytics within Microsoft Teams can be analyzed on a per-user basis to view and optimize quality for users in calls and meetings and that the Call Quality Dashboard provides built-in reports and the ability to create new or imported reports that can be used to monitor and interpret call quality.
Finally, we showed you how Call Quality Dashboard reports can also be viewed and interpreted by using Power BI Desktop.
