The book Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions from Microsoft Press is intended as a reference guide for studying the 70-533 exam; even though the exam is deprecated, the content is still good for reference. It explains every part of the Azure infrastructure in detail, using the Azure portal and the command-line interfaces.

If you are new to networking, another recommended book, which is also written as a study guide for an exam, is the Comptia Network+ Certification Guide by Glen D. Singh and Rishi Latchmepersad.

Much older and more difficult to read is the freely available TCP/IP Redbook from IBM (https://www.redbooks.ibm.com/redbooks/pdfs/gg243376.pdf); it covers much more than you need to know, but if you are interested in the topic, it's a must-read. Even if you are not interested in taking the Cisco ICND1 exam, Neil Anderson recorded a video at https://www.packtpub.com, which provides, besides the Cisco part, a very good introduction...
