In this chapter, you learned the basics of answer files and why they are used in combination with scripts. You learned the structure of XML and how to create XML-based answer files. You continued to explore how to read tag data from the files. You then created a function named read-xmltag that reads the tag data from answer file. Finally, you learned how to store the XML answer file data in variables for use later in the script.
