Summary
In this chapter, we covered the three main options that we have available to connect workloads in different VNets with each other. We started by discussing further details on the VNet peering option that we introduced in previous chapters. We also discussed the VPN gateway option and its advantages for use cases that require encryption for advanced security and compliance. Finally, we covered the vWAN option, which provides more seamless connectivity with a full mesh architecture.
In the next chapter, we will cover the connectivity options that we have for on-premises networks and remote users. We will go into further detail about the VPN gateway and the vWAN services. See you in the next chapter!
