We have finally reached the end of our journey, not just for this chapter, where we learned how to implement the chat solution, but for the entire book. We covered the benefits of Connect and how to deploy it, and what all of the components in Connect do. There was also information on how to use complex solutions such as Lex bots, analytics, and voicemail.
Sadly, this is where we have to part ways, but your journey is just beginning. This book covered how to perform all of these functions within the AWS and Connect ecosystem, but we barely scratched the surface.
