Deployment
The Virtual Infrastructure Navigator virtual appliance is deployed using the vSphere Web Client. You will gain access to the appliance in the OVF form if you are entitled to the Advanced, or Enterprise Editions of vRealize Operations, or if you have registered for a vRealize Operations evaluation.
To deploy the appliance, follow these steps:
In the vSphere web client, right-click on the cluster or datacenter in which you want to deploy the virtual appliance, and select Deploy OVF Template to start the deployment wizard.
Browse for the installation OVF file, and click on Next to continue.
Review the details of the template, and click on Next to continue.
Accept the EULA, and click on Next to continue.
Provide a Name for your virtual appliance, and then select a folder or datacenter, in which to deploy it. Click on Next to continue.
