Downloading and importing your Metahumans

To download and import your characters into Unreal Engine, complete the following steps:

  1. Open the A_New_Beginning project if it is not already open.
  2. Open Quixel Bridge by clicking the Place Actor + icon and selecting Quixel Bridge.
  3. Click the My MetaHumans tab and you’ll find both characters available under the CURRENT METAHUMANS category.

Note

If you do not see the characters listed under the CURRENT METAHUMANS category, you may have been logged out of the system. You’ll know this if you see a blue Sign In button at the bottom right of the Quixel Bridge interface. Sign in and both characters will now be available for download.

  1. Select the ADAM character, and at the bottom right of the interface, ensure Highest Quality is selected. Then click the Download button (this process will take some time to download).
