Using Oculus platform and avatars

It is worthwhile, and fun, to mention at this point the rich platform networking tools provided by Oculus for their VR devices. As a Facebook organization, Oculus obviously has a keen interest in making VR an engaging social experience. With Oculus Platform SDK (https://developer.oculus.com/documentation/platform/latest/concepts/book-plat-sdk-intro/), each user can create and use a personalized identity and avatar across Oculus games and apps, and find and connect with friends, all with a respectable degree of security and authentication.
