Summary
UiPath Support enablers' setup is the commencement event to mature an UiPath CoE and scale its support operations. The importance of the enablers and their setup details are the main objectives this chapter conveys to you in aspiring to work in UiPath support and administration roles.
We identified and fitted the enablers in the UiPath support framework and then introduced the importance of each enabler to the overall UiPath CoE and support operation.
This was followed by introducing the monitoring framework and explaining how to set up the various monitoring layers such as business, application, and infrastructure level monitoring. Then, the reporting framework was detailed, and specific reports set up in each of the reporting categories were discussed. We then understood the deployment setup, covering manual and automated processes and details.
