Nobody cares - what to do about it

Now, let's say that your product has shipped. However, nobody cares, and nobody is buying or using it! For a better illustration and explanation of this, let's use an example of a B2C product.

With any software product, there are different aspects to consider when you design, develop, and eventually launch it. Without over-engineering this, there are three main angles to consider:

  • Marketing angle
  • Technical angle
  • Practical angle

These are not discrete categories, but rather different views of the same object, which can overlap. Each of these angles offers insights into why nobody cares about your product, but can also explain why they love it too!
