  1. It’s important to remember that estimates are just that – estimates. They are not guarantees or promises. If a team is struggling to come up with an estimate for a story, they may want to break it down further into smaller, more manageable pieces. Alternatively, they could try using relative estimation techniques, such as story points or T-shirt sizing. It’s also important to remember that some stories may inherently be more difficult to estimate than others, and that’s okay.
  2. Changing priorities mid-sprint can be challenging, but it’s a reality of Agile development. If a high-priority story emerges during a sprint, the team should evaluate whether it’s possible to add it to the sprint or whether it needs to wait until the next one.
