Validation
At this point, we can see that the NFS server's filesystems issues have been recovered. We should now validate that our NFS client is able to write to the NFS share. But before we do that, we should also first restart the NFS service we stopped earlier:
[nfs]# systemctl start nfs [nfs]# systemctl status nfs nfs-server.service - NFS server and services Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/nfs-server.service; enabled) Active: active (exited) since Mon 2015-04-27 22:20:46 MST; 6s ago Process: 2278 ExecStopPost=/usr/sbin/exportfs -f (code=exited, status=0/SUCCESS) Process: 3098 ExecStopPost=/usr/sbin/exportfs -au (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE) Process: 3095 ExecStop=/usr/sbin/rpc.nfsd 0 (code=exited, status=0/SUCCESS) Process: 3265 ExecStart=/usr/sbin/rpc.nfsd $RPCNFSDARGS (code=exited, status=0/SUCCESS) Process: 3264 ExecStartPre=/usr/sbin/exportfs -r (code=exited, status=0/SUCCESS) Main PID: 3265 (code=exited, status=0/SUCCESS) CGroup: /system.slice/nfs-server...
