This just scratches the surface of what a copilot can be for your organization. You can build a giant copilot to reason over tomes of data, or several smaller, more targeted copilots that can be used to help provide users with answers based on organizational knowledge.
What are some ideas that you might have to expand on this copilot? Consider using conditions to navigate to new conversation nodes and topics, such as the following:
- Create a topic about corporate credit cards and provide a multiple-choice option to navigate to the card request application or the expense reporting site.
- Integrate a question at the end of a curated topic to find out whether the answer was useful. If not, link to the Conversational booster topic and let the user ask generative answers for more details.
