You can also export data from the Power Apps maker portal. In the Power Apps maker portal, you can access all the entities in your Common Data Service environment. You can view the data, import new data, and export data.
The Power Apps maker portal has two options for exporting data:
- Export data:Â Copies one or more entities into a CSV file
- Export to data lake:Â Copies one or more entities to Azure Data Lake
To be able to export data using these options, you need to expand the Data area in the maker portal and select Entities as shown in the following screenshot:

The following screenshots will show the steps for exporting the records in the Account entity into a CSV file. Clicking on the Export data button opens a page where you can select the entities to be exported, as shown in the next figure:
